1. We will settle the past due debt for a reasonable amount and then help clear the customers' bad credit with us. We will show our account as satisfied. In many cases, we waive all of the past due interest on a delinquent account balance. We offer payment schedules in most circumstances.
2. We provide customers with credit counseling information, tax lien information, student loan information, household budget and bankruptcy information. Customers that settle their past due account with us, may then purchase the powerful Debt Guard® debt management system for $99.00 (a $399.00 retail value). This package is ONLY available to customers that have paid or settled their account with us in full.

If the customer is uncooperative by not talking to us in good-faith , we then take collection steps that include reporting of derogatory credit to the various credit bureaus, lawsuits and wage garnishments.
